Hanoi Classic in Bruhl

We were told the meal lasts 60 minutes. Meanwhile 2 1/2 hours are up and we still have no food !! We were really looking forward to the meal, it's a shame but we won't pay for it anymore!

Edit: The food is still delicious, but picking it up is a disaster. So far, every dish has been wrong, despite repeated orders on the phone. Only today did I get chicken again instead of duck, even though I paid the extra charge for it. So it was understood and billed "correctly", but unfortunately I didn't get what I paid for. Very, very unfortunate, I drove there for half an hour, but if I have to assume that future orders will be wrong again, I have to look for an alternative for better or worse ... Very tasty food and fair prices. Unfortunately, we had a few problems with the service. So we had to wait well over half an hour for the main course after the starter. In addition, the two main dishes were served 10 minutes apart. served, so my girlfriend was already ready when I received my meal. But since both dishes tasted really good, we will certainly give the Hanoi another chance. Then maybe there is also the fifth star :)

We had a cross-section of what was on offer. We were very excited in every way. The meals were very tasty, plentiful and above all "something different". Unfortunately "only delivered" due to lockdown, but if the service in the restaurant corresponds to the contact, we are already looking forward to a visit. An enrichment for Brühl's gastronomy!

Just wow !! ! In my opinion the best sushi shop ever in Brühl and the surrounding area !! My husband and I have already traveled through Asia twice. Super authentic. Waiters both very nice and charming. Sushi fresh and Vietnamese like on the streets of Vietnam. Portions are huge, even my son and husband were full. We have been there for the third time and are thrilled. The best is yet to come. The food is also delivered which is great now because of lockdown. Two thumbs up to you Hanoi Classic! Excellent!

We have been waiting for our food for 3 hours now. The first delivery was made 1 1/2 hours after ordering. However, the order was not complete and partially incorrect. Now we are waiting again at least 1 1/2 hours for the subsequent delivery and the food is still not there. Called there twice. It was only informed that the drivers are still on the way (after over an hour) and the food is still in the restaurant. That is an absolute FREEDOM! As the boss, I would have set off personally and delivered the forgotten food if the drivers were all on the road forever. Last time the sushi wasn't that special, today processing the order is a disaster! We'll definitely NEVER order here AGAIN!

Nice food, especially Vietnamese! We love their summer rolls, soups and matcha ice-cream! The prices are very friendly and service is fast and nice. I would definitely recommend this place!

It was delicious, I had udon noodles with chicken and teriyaki sauce and some sushi. The gyoza sauce wasn't that good, I know it better.

Really delicious food! It was our first time to eat Vietnamese and the initial skepticism turned into enthusiasm. The food comes really quickly after ordering, the traditional Vietnamese dishes are just incredibly delicious and the service is friendly. In addition to the traditional dishes, the highlight is definitely the sushi. Finally top quality sushi in Brühl! The only point deduction is the waiting time for the staff, who were more busy with telephone orders than with the customers on site, which I found a shame. We'll come back anyway because the food was first class.

Very authentic Vietnamese food. I was happy with the portion too (very filling). Super tasty. Good prices. Tasty ice cream too for only 1.5EUR! Sadly they couldn't offer some food/drink (such as the iced coffee) because the person who makes it wasn't there yet.

very delicious food 😍 have been here several times. It really tastes delicious that sushi is the best in Brühl. Fortunately, we no longer have to go to Cologne or Bonn. The other dishes also taste very good and are reminiscent of many vacations in Asia. The waiter is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back 😊

Very good: Delicious sushi and the other Asian dishes really good. The staff are super nice - the waiter even takes the time to recommend sights in Cologne. I tried very hard. Unfortunately, the starter came at the same time as the main course. There were several apologies for this; no problem for me at all.
